These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Driven By Art website and SMS text messaging program operated by Driven By Art LLC ("Driven By Art," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting attendance, providing your phone number, and checking the consent box, you agree to these Terms.
Driven By Art operates an invite and RSVP based text messaging program. Messages relate to your RSVP status, event access, arrival instructions, timing, location details, and other information tied to attending a Driven By Art event.
You opt in by visiting our waitlist or RSVP page, entering your name and phone number, and checking the box that reads:
Checking that box and submitting the form is your affirmative consent to receive SMS from us at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your RSVP activity and the event schedule. You may receive messages leading up to, during, and shortly after an event.
Message and data rates may apply. Driven By Art does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply based on your plan.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts, unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile opt in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Driven By Art events are invite and referral based. Submitting a request or RSVP does not guarantee entry. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke access at our discretion, and to change event details including date, time, and location.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued participation after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
